MANY INSURANCE COMPANIES COVER THERAPY DELIVERED VIA TELEHEALTH. WHILE I AM AN OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER, I CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH A STATEMENT OF FEES PAID AND YOU MAY BE ABLE TO RECEIVE SOME REIMBURSEMENT FOR
IN-OFFICE OR REMOTE THERAPY. 
 
Fees for a 50-minute session are $200-$300. Payment is due at time of service and may be made by cash, check, Venmo or credit card. Hypnotherapy, family and couples sessions may be billed at a higher rate. Psychiatric evaluations are also available. Please inquire about fees and scheduling if you require an evaluation. 
 
Please note, I am an out of network provider. Please check with your insurance company to determine coverage.
